1. These terms
These terms govern your use of the fortnoto.com website and the private beta waitlist. Full platform terms covering accounts, deliveries, storefronts and payments will be published before the platform launches, and beta members will be asked to accept them at onboarding.
2. The private beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. A waitlist place is not an account and does not, by itself, grant access to the platform. We onboard members in waves, generally in signup order, and we may adjust wave sizes and timing at our discretion.
3. Beta software
The beta platform is early software that is still in development. Features may change, be withdrawn or misbehave, and availability is not guaranteed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the waitlist: no automated signups, no impersonation, no submitting other people's details without their consent. We may remove entries that break these rules.
5. Liability
This website and the waitlist are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
